Da’Vorius Christopher “Chi-Chi” Gray

Lyman: Da’Vorius Christopher Gray of 610 Geranium Lane, died Tuesday March 15, 2016 in Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

Native of Spartanburg County, he was a son of Christopher Gray of Greer, SC and Latrice Rice Hurst of the home. He was a step-son of Causean Hurst of the home.

Da’Vorius was a six grade student at Beech Springs Intermediate School in Duncan and a member of 4 Points Church in Greer.

Also surviving are: brothers, De’Quon  and De’Andre Wingo of the home, Cavarggio Gray, Stoney Freeman and Brandon Collins, all of Greer, SC; sisters, Da’Naysia Rice of the home, Sonyelle Gray of Greer, Na’Kierra Hurst and Jada Anderson of Wellford, SC, Julia Jean Hurst and Tocorra Harris of Spartanburg, SC; Maternal grandparents, Johnnie and Dewey Lipscomb of Wellford, SC and David Kelly of Inman, SC; maternal great grandmother, Daisy Rice and Mary Kelly, both of Spartanburg, SC; a host of other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Sunday, March 20, 2016 in Lifesong Church with Pastor Mark Pangel, officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
