Mrs. Elwillie Kelley

Greer, SC:  Mrs. Elwillie Foster Kelley 82, of 212 Highland Avenue, wife of Mr. Albert Lee Kelley Sr. of Greenville, SC, died Tuesday, February 7, 2017 in Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.  

A native of Spartanburg County SC,  she was a daughter of  the late Richland Levette and Clara Robinson Foster.

Educated in the public schools of Spartanburg County, Elwillie was a devoted member of Mt. Sinai World Outreach Baptist Church in Pendleton, SC where she was the Mother of The Church, a deaconess and a member of the Mt. Sinai Ambassador Choir.

She was preceded in death by her sibling, Joe Lewis Foster and a son, Otis Michael Kelly.

Also surviving are: 2 sons, Steven Allen Kelly of Greenville, SC and Albert Lee "Sweet Pea" Kelly of Greer, SC; 2 daughters, Iris Kelly Stroble of Greer, SC and Tina Alfreda Kelly (Minister Roy) Gary of Greenville, SC; 48 grandchildren; 40 great grand- children; 12 great great grandchildren;  a host of other relatives and many friends.  

Funeral Services will be held 3:00 pm Sunday, February 12, 2017 in Maple Creek Baptist Church with Bishops Terry McCaskill Sr. and Leepolian Turner, officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at the home.
