Mr. Ronald Bomar

Duncan: Mr. Ronald Bomar 53,  transitioned from his earthly home at 519 Duncan Station Drive into his Heavenly Home on Tuesday, August 30, 2016.

Born in Spartanburg, SC, he was a son of Mrs. Annie Bell Gregory Bomar of Inman, SC and the late  Mem Bomar, Sr.

Ronald was a member of Redemption World Outreach Center in Greenville, SC and a former employee of Kapstone in Cowpens, SC.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Frank Bomar.

Also surviving are: daughters, Brittany Bomar of Duncan, SC and Ebony Durrah of Cincinnati, OH; brothers, Mem Bomar Jr., Mike Bomar and Henry Bomar of Spartanburg, Rex Bomar of Startex, SC; sisters, Mrs. Josephine Hughes, Mrs. Jessie Porter, Mrs. Julia Foster, Mrs. Patricia Ashmore, Ms. Queen Bomar and Mrs. Katie Irby, all of Spartanburg, SC; 2 grandchildren, Jaylen Owens and Zayden Taylor Bomar of Duncan, SC; special friends, Mrs. Christine Mack and Savion Smith of the home; Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 4, 2016 in Travelers Rest Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Leon Wright, Officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family is receiving friends at the home.
