Ashley, you have been on my mind a lot here recently and every time I think of you i get this pain in my heart. I have good memories with you for the most part. You were there for me when i needed you to be, your heart was beautiful and despite all life threw at you, you still smiled. I admire that. I thought I could help you when I couldn't even help myself. Truth is you helped me. I should have been a better role model, i should have led by example instead of thinking I could tell you and you would understand. I am sorry. Plain and simple, im sorry that you are gone. I'm sorry for not doing more and being better. I will always remember your unfailing support. I love you always. Rest on high my sweet friend.
