Mr. David Warren Booth

Woodruff:  David Warren Booth 33, of 336 Fortenberry Road, died Wednesday, July 19, 2017 in Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

A native of Bay Shore, NY,  he was a son of the Warren K. and Catherine Ann Lanka Booth.

Memorial  Visitation will be held Tuesday July 25, 2017 in the West Sayville location of Raynor & D’Andrea  Funeral Chapel, 245 Mantauk Highway, West Sayville, NY. 11796.

The Gilmore Mortuary is in charge of local arrangements.
