Adell (Wilkie) Cope

Adel Cope, 62, of 104 Baileyview Street, was called from labor on Wednesday December 13, 2023 in her residence. 

Native of Greenville County, she was a daughter of the late Eugene and Viola Greer Wilkie, a former employee of Big Boys Restaurant in Greer and a Baptist.

 She was preceded in death by her sibling: John Fitzgerald, George and Talisa Wilkie, JoAnn Greer and Kathy Watson.   

Surviving are: a brother, Arthur (Cynthia) Wilkie ; sisters, Mary Wilkie, Frankie (Tom) Anderson, all of Greer, SC, Dorothy Lyles of Greenville, SC and Margaret Anderson of Wellford, SC; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Viewing will be from 1:00 until 5:00 PM Monday, December 18, 2023 in the Rev. John H. Gilmore Slumber Room of The Gilmore Mortuary.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 19, 2023 in The Gilmore Mortuary Chapel.
