Bettye Patricia Morgan

Betty Patricia Morgan, daughter of the late Samuel and Corrine Mack Morgan was born in Arcadia, FL on May 25, 1937.

Educated in the public schools of Desoto County, FL, she received her Masters Degree from South Carolina State College and was a retired school teacher for Spartanburg County School District 7.

She loved cooking, teaching Kids, conversing with people and making homemade ice cream.

She was predeceased by her siblings: Lula Richardson, Mary Lopez, Thomasena and Susan Morgan.

Surviving are: sons, Everett Morgan of Simpsonville, SC; brothers, James (Chinita) Morgan of Fayetteville, NC, Samuel (Martha) Morgan and Lawrence (Orlinda) Morgan, both of Arcadia, FL, grandsons, Everett Morgan II, Madre and Cedric Rice of the home; a granddaughter, Rayvond Wilkins of Boiling Springs, SC; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.  

Memorial Services will be held 3:00 PM on Sunday, June 26, 2022 in the chapel of The Gilmore Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Murray, officiating
