Charles Lee Dobbins

Charles Lee Dobbins 77, of 212 Oakland Avenue, Apt. 103 answered the Masters Call on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at his residence surrounded by his family and friends.

Native of Georgetown, SC he was the son of the late Oscar and Ruth Davis Dobbins, a former employee of Cunningham-Waters Construction Company and a Baptist.  

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charlie and Mary King Davis; a son, Christopher Mcgirt;  siblings, Thomas Dobbins, Amelia Evans, Devora D. Nelson, Maisie Lloyd and Katherin Dobbins.

Surviving are: sons, Charles Dobbins Jr. of Greer, SC and Cedrick Dobbins of Columbia, SC; daughters, Margie (Calvin) Williams of Florence, SC, Alberta Duncan of Kinstree, SC, Ruth (Kevin) Edwards of Inman, SC and Destani Spann of Brooklyn, NY; a brother, Lewis (Linda) Dobbins of Taylors, SC; sisters, Ruther Ladson and Mary Evans of Georgetown, SC and Roaslyn Moore of Andrews, SC; 20 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; bonus daughters, Latonia Neal,  Roaslyn Talley and Carrie Moss; bonus sons, Ryland Neal and Richard Mixon; bonus granddaughter, Indiya Neal; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
