George Burnside Jr.

Mr. George Burnside Jr., son of the late George and Roxie Sullivan Burnside Sr.  was born in Baltimore County, MD on Wednesday, November 29, 1944.

On October 27, 1972, he was united in holy matrimony to the former Equilla Sullivan and to this union a child was born. He was a retired employee of JP Stevenson in Greenville, SC.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Hattie Burnside.

Surviving are: his wife, Equilla Burnside of the home; a son, Eric E. (Tamara) Burnside of Greer, SC; brothers, Billy Burnside of Anderson and Richard Burnside of Atlanta, GA; a sister, Georgia Ann Williams of Pendleton, SC; a grandchild, Triniti Burnside of Greer, SC;  a host of other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, December 28, 2019 in The Gilmore Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Marvin Miller, Officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery.
