Grace Elizabeth (Petty) Oliver

Mrs. Grace Elizabeth Petty daughter of the late William and Kate Brown  Petty was born in Spartanburg County, SC on Saturday, March 19, 1932.

Widow of Joe Oliver, she was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church and a former machine operator for Homelite Textron of Greer.

On December 10, 1992, she was united in holy matrimony to Mr. Joe Oliver who preceded her in death.

Surviving are: a sister, Pastor Gwendolyn Rucker of Apex, NC; sister in law, Annie M. Graham of Akron, OH, Maggie and Mildred Oliver of Greer, SC; cousins, including Cynthia McCray of Taylors, SC; a host of other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, December 21, 2019 in Cedar Grove Baptist Church with Pastor Jerome Rabb, Officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.

Services are entrusted to the care of The Gilmore Mortuary.
