Grady Lee Hill Jr.

Grady Lee Hill Jr., of 128 East Farrell Drive, was born in Spartanburg County SC on November 22, 1967.

He was a son of Annie Lee Collins Hill of Cowpens, SC and the late Grady Lee Hill Sr.

Educated in the public schools of Spartanburg County, he was a graduate of J. F. Byrnes High School in Duncan, SC, a former truck driver for Tindall Trucking Company in Spartanburg and a Baptist by faith.

On Tuesday, October 19, 2021, just a little past noon, he was re-united with his father and all of his loved ones that had gone before in Spartanburg Medical Center, Spartanburg SC.

Grady was preceded in death by his siblings,  Marcous and Shirley Hill.

Also surviving are: 2 daughters, Tyshekia (Jarvis) Webb and Cierra Hill of Moore, SC; 4 sons, Desmon (Kaja) Hill of Moore, SC, De’Andre, Brandon and Grayden Hill all of Woodruff, SC; 2 brothers, Gustavus (ConSonya)Hill and Pastor Barrett T. (Beverly) Hill of Cowpens, SC; 2 sisters, Tresia R. and Katrina Hill, both of Spartanburg, SC; 6 grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends including a very special friend, Debbie Proctor-Holcombe.

Viewing will be from 1:00 until 6:00 pm Saturday, October 23, 2021 in the Fred Singleton Slumber Room of The Gilmore Mortuary.

Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, October 24, 2021 in Travelers Rest Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, 375 Old River Road, Spartanburg, SC with Pastor Barrett T. Hill, Officiating.
