Mrs. Helen Thomas, daughter of the late Wesley and Cornell Thomas, was born in Spartanburg County, SC on Tuesday April 25, 1933 and departed this life on Monday February 16, 2015 in St. Francis Downtown Hospital in Greenville, SC

She was a member of Moore’s Chapel Baptist Church and a retired employee of Poinsettia Bakery in Greer.

Surviving are: sons, Charles A Thomas and Edward Thomas of Spartanburg, SC, Michael A Thomas of Woodruff, SC and Ted Lee Smith of Duncan, SC; 4 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, a host of other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Services were held 1 PM Saturday, February 21, 2015 in The Gilmore Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Ted Lee Smith Officiating.
