Joann Miller

JoAnn Miller of 414 Sunnyside Drive took her Leap into Eternity on Monday, May 15, 2023 at her residence surrounded by her family and friends.

Native of Spartanburg County, she was a daughter of the late George Alexander and Bertha Mae Beasley Miller, a former employee of Victor Mill and a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by her siblings, Lois Cleveland, Dorothy Smith, Bertha Dillard and Fat Miller.

Left to cherish loving memories are: her daughters, Shari (Timothy) Moore of the home, Brenda Miller of Lyman, SC, Robin Miller of Greer, SC; a brother, Stanley Miller of Greer, SC: sisters, Louvenia Whiteside of Greer, SC and Carolyn Bennett of Piedmont, SC; 7 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Viewing will be Saturday, May 20, 2023 from 1:00 until 6:00 PM in the Fred Singleton Slumber Room of The Gilmore Mortuary.

Funeral Services will be 3:00 PM Sunday in Maple Creek Baptist Church with Bishop Courtney Cohen, officiating. Burial will following in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
