Jonathan Harris Rogers was born July 13, 1989 a son of Debra Rogers Beason and the late Franklin Beason.
Educated in the Public Schools of Spartanburg County, he was a graduate of James F. Byrnes High School, class of 2007.
Employed as a Security Guard for Allied Universal, he was a member of Spirit and Truth Church in Greer.
On April 14, 2024, Jonathan transitioned suddenly to his Eternal Home in Spartanburg Medical Center.
He was a loving son, caring to everyone, He was the best son a mother could ask for, never complaining no matter how sick he became. He just said “I will be alright.” He welcomed everyone around him with open arms. He was a wise Patriarch that believed in prayer and stood firm. His legacy will be carried on by his mother, his brother, his other family members and friends. He will be deeply missed by so many.
Jonathan loved his mothers famous Peach Cobbler. He also loved a collection of cars. At the time of his death he was working on making a cassette of music playing his guitar.
Left to cherish loving memories are: his mother, Debra Rogers Beason of the home; brothers, Donovan Rogers, Marvin Beason and Robert Beason; sisters, Charritta Rogers and Amanda Beason; aunts, Angela Fant of Moore, Janice Fowler of Simpsonville and Pamela Brown of Spartanburg; uncle, Tony Rogers, nephews, Cassius and Braelyn Rogers; other relatives and many friends.
