Kanika Monique Taylor

Kanika M. Taylor 34 of 186 Lamplighter Drive, daughter of Quinton Vinson of the home and Sabrina Taylor (Chris) Gamble of Greer, was called from labor to reward on Tuesday, September 26, 2024 at her residence.  

Native of Newark, NJ where she attended South Seventeen Elementary and later West High School, she loved reading books and writing poetry and creating Hip Hop music.

She was a former Home Health Aid for Chrill Care from 2012 until she became disabled in 2018.   

Also surviving are: sons, Michael Teamor of the home; a brother, Kawan Taylor of Newark, NJ; sisters, Dominique Littlejohn of Greenville, SC and Nyasia Littlejohn of Greer, SC; maternal grandmother, Vivian Bah (Mamadou) of Easley, SC; maternal grandfather, Lee Taylor of Newark, NJ; paternal grandmother, Gessener Vinson (Hassan) of Newark, NJ; an aunt Marlin Brooks of Greenville, SC; cousins, Taziah and Akeelah and a special friend, Big Michael Teamor; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
