Karren Diane Sewell

Karren Diane Sewell, of 135 Caz Lane, peacefully transitioned this life on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at her residence.  

A native of Spartanburg County, SC, she was a daughter of the late Alfreda Moss Cohen.

Educated in the public schools of Greenville County, SC, she was a member of New Jerusalem Baptist Church and an employee of The South Carolina Department of Employment Workforce.

She was preceded in death by her sister, LaVelle Cohen.

She loved music, her garden, jewelry and perfume

Surviving are: her daughters, Taji Sewell of Greenville, SC, and Taia Sewell of Columbia, SC; sisters, Kimberly McCullough and Kelmedia Moss, both of Greer, SC; 3 grandchildren; a host of other relatives and many friends.  

Memorial Service will be 6:00 pm, Wednesday, December 12, 2018 in The Gilmore Mortuary Chapel.
