Larry Casey

Larry Casey 68 was born on April 4, 1951 in Spartanburg County, the son of the late McDonald and Mary Lou Payton Casey.

He was a former employee of Leigh fiber and a member of Mayfield Chapel Baptist Church. He had a passion for automobiles and he decided to become an automobile mechanic as a side job.

On Wednesday Morning, April 1, 2020 he received his wings and transformed from labor to reward in Greer Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, 401 Chandler Road, Greer, SC.

Surviving are: sons, Reggie and Derrick Casey, a daughter, Lakashi Casey, a brother, David Casey, sisters,  Loree Casey, all of Greer and Dorothy Moore of Taylors, SC; 3 grandchildren, a host of other relatives and many friends.

Because of the Coronavirus Threat, the family will have a semi-private service in the Gilmore Mortuary Chapel at 1:00PM Saturday with Rev. George Hicks, officiating.  Burial will follow in Mayfield Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.
