Louise (Grayson) Henderson

Spartanburg; Ms. Louise Henderson 79 of 125 Nevada Street was rewarded with wings on Tuesday May 5, 2026 in Spartanburg Medical Center, Spartanburg, SC.

Native of Spartanburg County, SC she was a daughter of the late Bessie Rice and Thomas Grayson, a former Quality Control Inspector for Dewitt International, and a member of Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church.   

She was preceded in death: by a son, Shawn Hill, a sister, Juanita Wilkie and her grandchildren, Taishawn Dodd and Aaron Hill.   

Surviving are: her sons, Steve and Jerry Grayson of Wellford, SC, Lester Hill; a daughter, Lisa Hill of Spartanburg; sisters, Lillie (Marshall)James of Wellford, SC; 21 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; a special friend, Raymond Wallace of Spartanburg; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.  

Memorial Gathering will be 2:00 PM Saturday in the Gilmore Mortuary Chapel.
