Mem Bomar Jr.

Mem Bomar Jr, 72, son of the late Mem and Annie Bell Gregory Bomar entered eternal rest on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 in Magnolia Manor, 375 Serpentine Drive.

Born in Spartanburg County, SC he was a graduate of Florence Chapel High School, a former Machine Operator for United Forest Manufacturing Company in Spartanburg, SC, and a member of Travelers Rest Missionary Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his siblings, Frank, Henry and Ronald Bomar, Josephine Hughes and Jessie Porter.

Surviving are: a son, Michael Bomar of NC; brothers, Michael Anthony (Amy) Bomar of Greenville, SC and Rex Allen Bomar of Startex, SC; sisters, Katie Irby, Patricia Ashmore, Queen Bomar and Julia (Timothy) Foster, all of Spartanburg, SC; a host of  nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Memorial Services will be announced later.
