Paul Howard Cruell

Mr Paul Howard Cruell, of 353 Pleasant Retreat Road,   answered the Masters call on Friday, September 13, 2019 in his home surrounded by his family and friends.

Native of Greenville County, he was the son of the late Noah and Otis Ruth Cox Cruell, a member of Mt Ararat Baptist Church and a former Loom Fixer for JP Stevens Slater- Marietta Plant.

On Thursday July 1, 1971, he was united in holy matrimony to the former Mildred Gantt and to this union 3 children were born.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Mr. Noah Cruell Jr.

Surviving are: his wife, Mrs. Mildred G. Cruell of the home; a son, Paul Lamont (Crystal) Cruell of Greer, SC; daughters, Mrs. Dominic MaPollar (Demetrius) Riley  and Mrs. Renee Leshon (Joshua) Jenkins; a brother, Wallace ( Shirlene) Cruell, all of Travelers Rest, SC; sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Benson of Greer, SC and Ms. Carolyn Roberts of Greenville, SC: 10 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Friday, September 20, 2019 in Mt. Ararat Baptist Church, 101 Bates Crossing Road, Travelers Rest, SC, with Rev. Dr. J. E. Young, Officiating. Burial will follow in Mountainview Memorial Park.
