Sonia Caridad (Oquendo) Aguiar

Mrs. Sonia Aguiar, 74, wife of Arsenio Aguiar of 27 Huntress Drive, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, October 24, 2020 in Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital.  

Native of Havana, Cuba, she was a daughter of the late Marcelino and Caridad Gajate Oquendo, a former Bank Teller and a Catholic.

Also surviving are: a son, Orlando (Alexandra) Rodriguez of Greer, SC; a daughter, Mercedes (Gabriel) Ortiz of Lyman, SC; brothers, Eduardo, Jesus and Alberto Oquendo, all of Miami, FL; sisters, Maria Caridad (William) Marcos of Hayesville, NC and Maria Elena ( Raul) Fernandez of Miami, FL; 6 grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  

Memorial services will be 4:00 PM, Friday, October 30, 2020 in The Gilmore Mortuary Chapel with Sr. Pastor Jerrell Lomax, officiating.
