Thurmond Lewis Brockman

Thurmond Brockman, 71, of 103 School Street, husband of Brenda Cooper Brockman of Greer, entered into eternal rest on Friday December 18, 2020 in Prisma Health Greer Memorial Hospital.

Born in Spartanburg County, SC, he was a son of the late Thurmond Lewis Brockman Sr. and Christine Jackson Brockman.

Dill as he was best known, was a former supervisor for Springs Mill in Lyman and of the Baptist faith.

Also surviving are: a daughter, Tammy Jean Miller; sons, Thurmond Lewis Miller and Shannon Martin, all of Greer, SC; a daughter, Porsha Miller Houston of Piedmont, SC; 13 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren;  a host of nieces, including Marilyn Denise Styles of Greer;  nephews, other relatives and friends.  

Memorial Services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, December 26, 2020 in The Gilmore Mortuary Chapel with Bishop Courtney Cohen, officiating.
