Timothy James Talley

Timothy James Talley 60 of 508 Lincoln Drive answered the Masters Call on Wednesday, September 7, 2023 in Pelham Medical Center, Greer, SC.

Native of Greer, SC he was a son of Martha Watson Talley of the home and the late Jimmy Talley.  

Timothy was a former employee of Winn Dixie Warehouse in Greenville and a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church in Lyman, SC.   

He loved Playing Horseshoes and cross country running.    

He was preceded in death by his siblings; Shelia Davis and Brian Keith Talley.

Surviving are: sons, Atari (April) Carter and Terrance Carter of Greenville, SC; a brother, Jimmie D. (Mary) Talley of Greer, SC; sister, Lisa Talley of Taylors, SC; 4 grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Viewing will be from 1:00 until 5:00 PM Saturday, September 9, 2023 in the Fred Singleton Slumber Room of The Gilmore Mortuary.

Funeral Services will be 3:00 PM Sunday, September 10, 2023 in Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church Cemetery.
