William James Drummond Jr.

William James Drummond Jr. 54 of 939 2nd Avenue died Thursday, November 11, 2021 in his residence.   

Native of Greenville County, he was a son of Martha Beatrice (Randy) White of Greenville and the late William James Drummond Sr.

William attended the public schools of Greenville County and was self-employed as an automobile mechanic. His Christianity was of the Baptist faith.

Also surviving are: a son, Demetrius Ballenger of Greenville, SC; 2 daughters, Jasmine Ballenger Drummond of Greenville, SC and Kimberly Drummond of PA; a brother, Columbus Meredith of Greenville, SC; 3 sisters, Omeca (Freddie) McCray of Greenville, SC, Celetha (Alan) Foster of Simpsonville, SC and Shaunica Mayes of Greenville, SC; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services will be 12:00 Noon Saturday, November 20, 2021 in New Nazareth Missionary Baptist Church , 827 Old Airport Road, Greenville, SC.  With Pastor, Marco Yeargin, officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
